Wendy is a qualified HR Practitioner with over 20 years experience. Wendy has worked within both the private and public sectors, including large nationalised industry, professional legal services, large volume manufacturing and fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) environments.
Wendy has held HR Manager position's within these sectors and her experience covers the full rang of HR Management activities.
Wendy is a Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM, along with a Post Graduate Certificate in Further Education (PGCE).
Wendy has delivered a variety of training courses to various organisations and lectured on recognised programmes such as Institute of Learning Managers (ILM and) Certificate in Personnel Practice.
Wendy also sits as a local magistrate.
